All about the bassoon… there is a lot to know about this amazing instrument!

Find out more fun facts about the bassoon from an expert! Dave Riddles spent 35 years in Los Angeles as a sought-after studio musician, playing on over 800 film scores, numerous television shows, and was principal bassoon with the Pacific Symphony in Orange County for 18 years. He retired to Nevada City ten years ago with his wife Carol and lucky for us, continues to perform locally, including as the principal bassoon for InConcert Sierra.
