SMC Music Director Alison Skinner intertwines themes of light, resilience, and connection, celebrating the brilliance of the human spirit through diverse musical artistry with "A Musical Journey of Light and Hope."

The Sierra Master Chorale and Orchestra invite you to experience an uplifting program that includes excerpts of choral masterpieces such as Mozart's Te Deum and Brahms' Requiem alongside contemporary gems like Lauridsen's Sure on This Shining Night and Gjeilo's Luminous Night of the Soul. Beloved musical theater favorites, including For Good from Wicked and Over the Rainbow from The Wizard of Oz, add a touch of warmth and familiarity, rounding out the journey with a universal message of friendship, optimism, and celebrating the best in life.

Sunday: Tickets are $50, youth 18 and under $5
Tuesday: Tickets are "pay what you can" (minimum $20), youth 18 and under $5
(limited youth tickets - please reserve in advance)
