The progress of construction evolves week by week! If you haven’t been on a tour, or haven’t toured for some time, you will be astounded.

Tours are scheduled on Saturdays.

We encourage service clubs, businesses, and organizations to sign up for a group tour, and we realize special date/time accommodations may be needed.

We'll have over 500 beautiful, comfortable seats in our new acoustic concert hall, and you can support the project by adding your name to the seat of your choice. Each seat will have an engraved, brushed stainless steel nameplate attached, and with a $1,000 donation, your name or your family name can adorn one of those nameplates.

 

Musical Mondays is a popular series of free Monday morning concerts where kids can sing, squirm and dance, and adults can relax and enjoy (or sing and dance too!) The collaboration between the Nevada County library and InConcert Sierra presents live music experiences with a fun educational twist at the Marian E. Gallaher, M.D. Amphitheater, adjacent to the Madelyn Helling Library at the Rood Center.
